Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager

Ramirez, Johnson, and Associates (RJA) is a growing MEP engineering firm in Denver’s RiNo District. We’re hiring a Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager who wants real responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to lead projects from concept through construction—not just sit in a production role.

What You’ll Work On:

• Mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) design for commercial and specialty buildings
• Restaurants, breweries, airports, affordable housing, industrial, and municipal facilities
• Project management from kickoff through construction administration
• Direct collaboration with architects, owners, contractors, and engineers
• System design decisions, coordination, and project delivery leadership
• Managing budgets, schedules, and client communication

What You Bring:

• 2–8 years of HVAC, plumbing, or building systems (MEP) experience
• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Revit experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and technical curiosity

Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
