Taking over the historic Denver Galaxy 500 Garage on East Colfax, Humble Pie discovered its new home in 2015 with the support of RJA to complete the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and design. This new store showcases its award-winning handmade pies and their famous pie-shake in addition to hand crafted cocktails, beer, and wine.
